When was the last time you shut your laptop and didn't get caught up with social media. Everybody understands the temptation of opening that thing and watching movies or spending long hours on social media or, well, working. But that's stopping you from sleeping and that's not a good thing. Time to shut down your laptop. You can't stop worrying about your work problems. Your body is refusing to rest and wants so bad to get the heck out of bed and get to work. You don't have to be a total workaholic in order to relate to this, so don't think about that. Sometimes, all it takes is a constant reminder that while you love what you do, your body would love some sleep. Believe it or not, we all fall easily into this trap. What kind of nightmare disorder. Oh we do not know, there are tons of them and they all show up differently. Some people may have really bad nightmares few times a week and others may have creepy nightmares every night. Some people have creepy thoughts haunting them even when they are awake and these thoughts haunt them even when they are fast asleep. We are not experts here, people. But we are concerned about the creepy truths behind why you keep waking up at night. Sometimes, nightmares have something to do with it. Sometimes this is pretty normal but other times, you need a specialist to intervene and help you. You might want to find out why you are having these bad dreams.
